Chris Reinhard joins Cranfill Sumner Raleigh office.

Cranfill Sumner LLP today announced that Chris Reinhard has joined the firm as Of Counsel and will be based in the firm’s Raleigh office. Following positions at Cisco Systems, Inc. and Branch Banking and Trust Company, Reinhard will focus primarily on Business Transactional and Corporate Law.

Reinhard brings a wealth of corporate law and contracts experience to Cranfill Sumner after previously working as a Contracts Negotiator for Cisco Systems, Inc. and a Senior Contracts Manager for Branch Banking and Trust Company. At Cisco Systems, Inc., he was responsible for providing legal advice and end-to-end contract administration and management to the Cisco Global Procurement Services Group. He also drafted and managed complex transactional documents including FIDIC and local country agreements.

He previously served as Owner of the Reinhard Law Firm.

Reinhard is admitted to practice law in the State of North Carolina and holds a Mortgage Loan Originator license in North Carolina. He received his law degree from Campbell Law School, a Master of Business Administration from North Carolina State University, and a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University.
