Members of the Cranfill Sumner LLP Risk Management and Workers’ Compensation Practice Group participated in the 2026 Workers Compensation Institute Conference in Orlando. The event was held Aug. 23-26, 2026.
Jennifer Morris Jones, Jerri Simmons, Charles Hicks, and David Rhoades participated in the Multi-State Breakout presented by the Workers’ Compensation Defense Institute on Aug. 26. Jerri, Charles, and David spoke at the North Carolina session which included insightful discussions and practical takeaways from professionals across the workers’ compensation community.
In addition, Jennifer Morris Jones moderated the National Workers’ Compensation Review’s “Trail Blazers and Ceiling Breakers Workshop: The Power Pivot, Strategies to Thrive in Times of Change” on Aug. 25. She led an important discussion including practical tools for navigating organizational change, new opportunities, and unexpected challenges with confidence and purpose.
