Cranfill Sumner LLP today launched a new resource hub designed to assist individuals and businesses at every stage of the employment process.
The Cranfill Sumner Employment Law Toolkit is a comprehensive hub filled with resources offering foundational information and resources to empower informed decision-making in the area of employment law for both employees and employers. The first set of articles about pre-hiring is available now on the firm’s website.
“The toolkit was created to offer vital information in an easy-to-understand format of questions and answers. It assists visitors to the website in determining whether they need legal counsel to resolve employment issues, whether they are the employer or the employee,” said Ryan Bolick, member of Cranfill Sumner LLP’s Management Committee and Employment Law Toolkit author.
The resources are authored by members of Cranfill Sumner’s Employment Law Practice Group and will be released on a rolling basis throughout the coming months. Each article will cover foundational knowledge that employers, business owners, and human resources professionals should know regarding different stages of the employment process including employment relationship, the termination of the employment relationship, and beyond.
