Vince Eisinger and Charlie Raphun led the March 21 International Trade Agreements webinar for the North Carolina World Trade Association.

This is the first part of a webinar series on International Trade Agreements, and it focused on the topics of developing an export compliance program, delivery terms in international sales contracts, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Vince and Charlie discussed how companies can best implement the essential requirements of product classification, licensing, restricted party screening and related compliance practices in order to meet regulatory requirements for export.  They also provided insight into recent federal enforcement actions in FCPA cases as well as violations of U.S. antiboycott laws.

Vince and Charlie are attorneys in the Raleigh office of Cranfill Sumner LLP. Vince is a Partner in the firm, and Charlie is Of Counsel.
