Cranfill Sumner LLP today announced that Donald Wagner has joined the firm’s Charlotte office as Of Counsel. He is a member of the firm’s Municipalities & Public Entities practice and focuses his practice on representing clients in complex litigation matters, including bodily injury and property damage claims.
Wagner brings nearly 14 years of legal experience, including significant service as a U.S. Army Judge Advocate. He has extensive experience advising and defending large commercial trucking companies in matters involving bodily injury and property damage claims.
During his military service, Wagner gained substantial criminal law experience, serving as both a prosecutor and defense attorney. His background also includes serving as a trusted legal advisor at senior levels of government, providing him with a strategic and well-rounded perspective in complex disputes.
Wagner is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where he earned his J.D. He received his undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in journalism.
