Cranfill Sumner LLP (CSH Law) today announced that Gina M. Von Oehsen Cleary has joined the firm’s Raleigh office as Of Counsel. She will focus her practice in the area of complex civil litigation.
Gina has experience representing companies in the oil, marine, aerospace, construction, railroad, automotive and personal care product industries where she has defended against claims alleging asbestos exposure. Her primary areas of practice include mass tort litigation, product liability, catastrophic injury matters, commercial litigation, defending law firms, lawyers and other professionals accused of malpractice, DRAM shop litigation and premises liability actions.
She maintains an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell, a prestigious peer review rating that recognizes attorneys who have reached high levels of skill and integrity. Prior to her move to North Carolina, she practiced law in Connecticut and New York.
She graduated from Boston College and Fordham University School of Law.
