Jennifer Welch Elected to Co-Chair of Harmonie Group Coverage and Bad Faith Committee

Jennifer Welch has been elected to serve as Co-Chair for the Coverage and Bad Faith Committee of The Harmonie Group.

This committee focuses on high-stakes legal matters involving extracontractual liabilities, defense obligations, and conflicts between insurers and policyholders.

Jennifer, a Partner in the Cranfill Sumner LLP Charlotte office and chair of the firm’s Insurance Law & Coverage practice group, also currently serves as a member of The Harmonie Group’s Board of Directors.
