Jennifer Welch presented during the March 12 “East Coast Legal Updates and Case Law Review” webinar presented by the Harmonie Group. This was the organization’s final webinar in its Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Committee Regional Series.
Jennifer discussed North Carolina Case Law Updates on UM and UIM Stacking while her fellow panelists provided updates from other states and areas within the region.
She is a Partner in the Raleigh office of Cranfill Sumner LLP and serves as Chair of the firm’s Insurance Law Practice Group.
