Cranfill Sumner LLP today announced that Michelle Romero has joined the firm’s Raleigh office as a paralegal.
She previously worked as a Plaintiff’s Litigation Paralegal at a boutique law firm where she gained extensive experience with assisting in complex individual/hybrid collective and class action employment law in addition to wage and hour cases. She also has ample experience assisting with individual claims before the EEOC and is also biliterate in English and Spanish.
She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC) and completed the Duke University Paralegal Certification Program. In college, she was an active participant and member of the UNCC Model United Nations, NC Student Legislature, and UNCC Pre-Law Society.
