Michelle Romero is a Litigation Paralegal in the firm’s Raleigh office. Michelle graduated from UNC Charlotte with a B.A. in Political Science. During her studies, Michelle was an active participant and member of the UNC Charlotte Model United Nations, NC Student Legislature, and UNCC Pre-Law Society, where she discovered her ambition and drive for a career in the legal field.

Michelle is also a graduate of the Paralegal Certification Program through Duke University. Prior to joining Cranfill Sumner, Michelle worked as a Plaintiff’s Litigation Paralegal at a boutique law firm where she gained extensive experience with assisting in complex individual/ hybrid collective and class action employment law in addition to wage and hour cases. She also has ample experience assisting with individual claims before the EEOC. Michelle is also biliterate in English and Spanish.

During her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time strength training, kayaking, and feeding her interest in military history and aviation.
