Nancy is a Senior Paralegal in the firm’s Wilmington office. She supports partners Melody Jolly and Stephen Bell with matters involving professional liability defense, complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, premises liability, business disputes, and HOA matters. In addition to her education at Stevenson University in Paralegal Studies, Nancy is a North Carolina licensed real estate broker. She works extensively with other real estate professionals and assists her attorneys with responding to complaints filed with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, as well as working closely with veterinarians dealing with complaints filed with the North Carolina Veterinary Medical Board, and attorneys involved in disciplinary actions and fee dispute grievances before the North Carolina State Bar.
Nancy takes pride in building relationships with our clients, and her communication skills, legal acumen, commitment to excellence, and attention to detail allow her to do so with great success.
When not working, Nancy enjoys working out with her husband at their son’s gym, spending time with their daughter and a newfound love – cruises!
