Nancy is a Senior Paralegal in the firm’s Wilmington office.  She supports partners Melody Jolly and Stephen Bell with matters involving professional liability defense, medical malpractice, complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, premises liability, business disputes, and HOA matters.  In addition to her education at Stevenson University in Paralegal Studies, Nancy is a North Carolina licensed real estate broker. She works extensively with other real estate professionals and assists her attorneys with responding to complaints filed with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.

Nancy takes pride in building relationships with our clients, and her communication skills, legal acumen, commitment to excellence, and attention to detail allow her to do so with great success.

Nancy is the proud mom of two children.  Her son, Jordan, is the founder and owner of Limitless Fitness, a metabolic training gym in Forest Hill, Maryland, and her daughter, Anna, is a budding entrepreneur here in Wilmington.

After a busy day at work, Nancy loves to hop in her kayak or on her paddleboard, or head to Wrightsville Beach Park for some pickleball!
