Nancy is a Senior Paralegal in the firm’s Wilmington office.  She supports partners Melody Jolly, Elizabeth King, and Stephen Bell with matters involving professional liability defense, complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, premises liability, business disputes, and HOA matters.  In addition to her education at Stevenson University in Paralegal Studies, Nancy is a North Carolina licensed real estate broker. She works extensively with other real estate professionals and assists her attorneys with responding to complaints filed with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, as well as working closely with veterinarians dealing with complaints filed with the North Carolina Veterinary Medical Board, and attorneys involved in disciplinary actions and fee dispute grievances before the North Carolina State Bar.
