Nancy is a Senior Paralegal in the firm’s Wilmington office. She supports attorneys Melody Jolly, Elizabeth King, and Ryan Shuirman with matters involving professional liability defense, medical malpractice defense, complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, premises liability, business disputes, and HOA matters. She works extensively with clients and assists her attorneys with responding to complaints filed with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, North Carolina Veterinary Medical Board, North Carolina Medical Board, and attorneys involved in disciplinary actions and fee dispute grievances before the North Carolina State Bar.
