Her experience spans the full attorney lifecycle, including law school recruiting, summer associate programs, lateral attorney hiring, onboarding, attorney engagement, professional development, and talent management. Throughout her career, she has partnered with attorneys, firm leadership, and human resources professionals to build programs and strategies that support organizational growth and attorney success.

She has extensive experience working within committee-driven law firm environments, partnering with stakeholders across all levels of an organization to support effective decision-making, strengthen attorney recruitment and retention efforts, and enhance the overall attorney experience.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, and going on weekend adventures with her goldendoodle.
