Julie has been with the firm for 24 years.  She is a Senior Paralegal in the Raleigh office supporting Rob Griffin, Aliyah Adams, Georgia Malik, and Richard Boyette in their varied liability defense practices.  Her experience allows her to assist her attorneys in many facets of the litigation process, from beginning to end.

Julie attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, graduating with a degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminal Justice.  She obtained her Paralegal Certificate from Meredith College’s ABA approved post-baccalaurette program in 2000. Julie has been a North Carolina Certified Paralegal since 2005.  She is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association Paralegal Division.

Julie is married with a daughter attending UNCW.  She is an animal lover and “mom” to two dogs and three cats.  Her father’s family hails from the Outer Banks, which explains her love of the coast and spending time at the beach.  When she is not at the beach, Julie enjoys running, pickleball, and strength training.
