Aliyah S. Adams is an associate attorney based in the Raleigh office of Cranfill Sumner where she focuses on civil litigation matters. She is a dedicated attorney who collaborates with her clients to realize their goals through strategic legal guidance. Her proactive approach enables her to navigate complex issues effectively and deliver personalized solutions.

Before joining Cranfill Sumner, Aliyah worked with firms covering multiple areas of law in both state and federal court: employment law, civil rights, personal injury, family law, criminal law, and more. Her previous experience working with plaintiffs gives Aliyah a unique and valuable perspective on her clients’ matters.

Aliyah received her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law where she served as the President of the Business Law Society. While in law school, she found her passion for litigation after competing in a mock trial competition. Prior to law school, Aliyah graduated from East Carolina University.

In her free time, Aliyah enjoys collecting vinyl records and traveling.
