Cranfill Sumner LLP today announced that Vince Eisinger has joined its Raleigh office as an attorney in Civil Litigation. Eisinger will focus his practice primarily in the firm’s White Collar, Government Investigations and Special Matters Practice Group and the Business Disputes and Litigations Practice Group.

Eisinger previously worked at a law firm in New York City where he practiced litigation. He has represented clients in a variety of commercial disputes, including cases dealing with loan guaranty enforcement, breach of contract, class action, insurance law, bankruptcy, appellate, constitutional, and civil RICO matters. He has extensive experience drafting briefs, leading offensive and defensive discovery efforts, and participating in settlement negotiations. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jon O. Newman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and to the Honorable Richard M. Berman of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

He received his law degree from New York University School of Law where he graduated cum laude and served as Articles Editor for the New York University Law Review.  He received his bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Brigham Young University.
