Cranfill Sumner LLP today announced that Ryan Bostic (Wilmington), Vince Eisinger (Raleigh), and Elizabeth Stephens (Raleigh) have been named partners in the firm.

Ryan Bostic is based in the firm’s Wilmington office and handles litigation of high exposure personal injury matters, including wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and sexual abuse cases. He also handles defense of professionals, insurance coverage issues, including maritime coverage matters, bad faith litigation, and construction defect claims. He received his law degree from Appalachian School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University.

Vince Eisinger is based in the firm’s Raleigh office and is a civil commercial litigator in the firm’s Business Disputes & Litigation and Employment Law Practice Groups. He also supports the firm’s White Collar, Government Investigations and Special Matters Practice Group. He received his law degree from New York University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University (Provo).

Elizabeth Stephens is based in the firm’s Raleigh office and is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on municipal and labor and employment law. She serves as Vice Chair of the firm’s Administrative, Regulatory & Government Law Group. She received her bachelor’s and law degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
