Cranfill Sumner LLP today announced that Dominic Totman has been named a partner at the firm.
Based in the firm’s Raleigh office, he focuses his practice in Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Law, International Business Law, and Intellectual Property. He joined the firm in 2023 and previously served as Of Counsel at the firm.

He has been instrumental in the founding of the firm’s latest practice group, the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. The group is specifically designed to deliver practical, business-focused legal counsel to clients navigating any-sized business transaction.
He is a graduate of Campbell Law School and North Carolina State University.
