DAN HARTZOG, JR. (Raleigh) and a former Cranfill Sumner attorney obtained a favorable ruling from the Fourth Circuit in a case where Plaintiff claimed that his constitutional rights were violated when he was charged by the defendant officer with various charges stemming from three separate incidents of sexual assault. The Fourth Circuit affirmed Summary Judgment in favor of the defendant police officer based on qualified immunity.
