Katie Weaver Hartzog obtained a dismissal of a matter filed with the North Carolina Office of Administrative Hearings after filing a motion to dismiss and supporting memorandum arguing that the North Carolina State Personnel Act did not apply to plaintiff, and accordingly the Office of Administrative Hearings lacked jurisdiction over the matter.

After reviewing defendant’s brief, the plaintiff agreed to file a voluntary dismissal of her claim.
