The Client, a general aviation private pilot, sought to establish a company and to purchase an aircraft to then have it managed by a local aviation company. In assisting with the formation of the company, Mica was able to meet the Client’s needs to achieve the desired result in a timely fashion, and then to assist with the negotiation of the aircraft management agreement for the new company’s aircraft.
