Mica Nguyen Worthy, practice group leader for the Aviation & Aerospace Practice Group, counseled recent Aviation clients as they navigated the complex legal and administration regulatory process to have an aircraft registered to the proper legal entity, after it had been transferred through the Trust and Estate processes following the passing of the prior owner. Mica was able to assist with formation of legal entities, navigation of the documentation with the representatives of the Estate, prepare necessary registration application materials, communicate with the Federal Aviation Administration, and successfully obtain aircraft registration for the clients.
