Ryan Bolick obtained summary judgment on behalf of a County Board of Elections in the Eastern District of North Carolina as to all Plaintiff’s claims under Title VII for failure to promote based on alleged discrimination of race, gender and retaliation. Plaintiff had worked at the Board of Elections for over twenty years and when the Director of Board of Elections position opened she applied and a person of a different race was hired.
