John Ong and Virginia Wooten Obtained Summary Judgment in Product Exposure Case

John Ong (Charlotte) and Virginia Wooten (Charlotte) obtained Summary Judgment on behalf of a manufacturer of a fuel treatment additive against allegations of life-threatening product exposure in the Western District of North Carolina Federal Court. The plaintiff alleged that his cancer was caused by Benzene exposure resulting from  the use of various products including one alleged to have been manufactured by our client. Summary Judgment was obtained as a result of careful analysis and thorough questioning of plaintiff’s experts.
