Alaina has been a paralegal for over 26 years with a focus in civil litigation.  She currently supports Jason Harris in the Wilmington office with the Admiralty and Maritime Law group.  She has extensive trial experience and enjoys working closely with clients throughout the litigation progress.

Alaina graduated summa cum laude from Faulkner University with an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies.  She enjoys continuing her legal education by attending a variety of legal seminars and courses.

Alaina was an instructor at the University of North Alabama in the Certified Paralegal Program for over 5 years, teaching courses such as “Introduction to the American Legal System and Paralegal Studies” and “Judgment, Legal Analysis and Ethics.”  She organized and hosted the first annual General Law, Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminar at the University of North Alabama.

Alaina enjoys traveling, meeting new people, and experiencing new and exciting adventures.  She is an avid 80’s music fan and loves going to rock concerts with her daughter.  Alaina is also an ardent theater buff and is constantly looking for an off-Broadway production in every city she visits.
