Leunora Rama Ward is a Nurse Paralegal in the firm’s Charlotte office. She supports all attorneys with any requests that involve medical expertise. With over 20 years of Medical-Surgical, Cardiac, Hematology, and Pediatric experience as a Registered Nurse, Leunora brings a unique clinical and legal perspective to CSH Law. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Winston-Salem State University, progressing her in a Nurse Consultant role, where she has cultivated independence in young patients while caring for them through their lifespan.

Leunora thrives when problem solving and discovering nuances in challenges. She gravitates to work that prioritizes ethics, advocacy, and standards of care. In her Paralegal Studies at the University of North Carolina, she advanced with strong skills in medical malpractice and civil litigation. Her ambition moving into the Paralegal Profession met desires identified throughout Leunora’s career for compassionate, skilled, motivated, and professional care to clients.

Since 2012, Leunora has looked forward to being involved as a summer camp nurse at Camp Carefree during Hemophilia/ Turner Syndrome week. In her free time, she is learning tennis, practicing yoga, and enjoys skiing with her son and daughter. Leunora is most at home cooking, gardening, and pampering her dogs, Dottie and Mishka, and cat, Svetlana.
