Winston has represented clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, professional licensing boards, and other federal and state agencies. Having previously practiced at a boutique litigation firm in Virginia, Winston and his wife moved to Wilmington with their pets. He earned his Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he participated in moot court and research concerning patents and trade secrets. He graduated from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Winston’s personal interests include a healthy football rivalry with his wife, enjoying the wide array of local restaurants, and running.
