Roy Pettigrew is a Partner in the firm’s Raleigh office. He dedicates approximately half of his practice to Workers’ Compensation defense work and the other half to Subrogation work, where he works tirelessly to recoup losses for his clients. Roy is known for his attention to detail, handling highly complex matters, and aggressively litigating some of the more difficult losses to decision. Prior to practicing law, Roy worked in the construction trade which has given him extensive knowledge representing entities in that industry.
